Excellent seller but waited more

This item is really nice. Great quality. Only issue was a delay in shipping. When I did not receive my item by the expected date listed I reached out to the store. It was only then they advised that their shipment from Italy was delayed. I’d recommend that the store reach out to the customer if something like this occurs - rather than making the customer reach out themselves. Waited 3 days longer than originally expected

Farbe hat mir leider in live nicht so gut gefallen. Der silberne Aufdruck finde ich bei allen Taschen etwas zu deutlich, schöner wäre eine Prägung mit dem Herstellernamen. Das wirkt wertiger.
